Avon Basket of Fun Puppy in Bushel Basket Ceramic Pomander

Who could resist that face? This vintage Avon “Basket of Fun” pomander features a golden puppy with floppy ears and big brown eyes, paws resting on the rim of a wooden bushel basket heaped with rust and amber autumn leaves. Tiny holes around the basket let fragrance drift out, and a plug in the base lets you fill it with your favorite potpourri. It comes in its original Avon box, illustrated with a puppy leaping after a falling leaf, making it a ready-made gift.
